GENERAL INFORMATION
ARE ALL ÎMMØRTALË PIECES UNIQUE?
Each piece is completely unique, made by hand, using a process called Lost Wax Casting. Please expect some slight variation from piece to piece. This is intrinsic to the organic and one-off nature of handmade, artisan jewellery. This means no overseas factories, no outsourcing. No two pieces are ever exactly the same and that is part of the magic. If you need some advice or assistance with your selection please contact me. Prices are in Australian Dollars AUD.
WHAT IS CAST NOT SET?
Cast-Not-Set is the process of casting precious gemstones directly into molten silver or gold. Most jewellery is made in silver or gold, and then as a final step, the stones are fitted into their settings. I reverse the process in a lot of my designs, so that the stones are in place before the metal has formed.
This process encourages the organic form, unique variations and bespoke character of each piece to shine through. All of my pieces are talismanic, celebrating your unique story and personality.
SHIPPING
Shipping is $15 within Australia and will be via registered Australia Post.
International Shipping incurs a flat rate of $30 AUD and the recipient is responsible for import taxes and charges associated with their international order.
In-stock items will be mailed within 24 business hours of receipt of order.
Made-to-order items will be mailed in 3 weeks.

RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
CHANGE OF MIND
In-stock or one-off pieces may be exchanged within 7 days and returned in original, unworn condition. All other pieces are custom or made to order, and I am unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
INCORRECT SIZE
If the piece was ordered at the incorrect size then I will try to accomodate a resize where possible. This will normally incur a minimum charge of $20.
FAULTY ITEMS
Each piece is made to order and I pride myself on beautiful, handmade quality. In the very unlikely case that your piece is faulty, I will happily replace the item for you, including your return shipping charges.
REPAIRS
I am always happy to repair, refinish and clean owned ÎMMØRTALË pieces, where applicable. Each piece must be assessed on a case-by-case basis, so please email me with any questions at info@immortalejewellery.com for more information or to have your piece polished and checked. I can offer a full cleaning service for a small fee.

SIZING
RING SIZES
I understand that sizing can be difficult. If you are unsure of your size, please order a ring sizer to be mailed to you. Sizes are standardised so you are also able to be sized by any jeweller or please make an appointment to come into the studio.
It is not unusual for your hands to change size over your life. In most cases, rings can be resized without too much difficulty. Where possible, resizing will incur a minimum charge of $50. Urgent request / rush make on a made to order piece, will incur a $100 service fee.
JEWELLERY CARE
GENERAL CARE
Ensure that you do not expose your jewellery to chemicals, perfumes or rough conditions as these can damage stones and metal.
STERLING SILVER
The sterling silver alloy will naturally blacken over time with exposure to air. This can be removed by cleaning with your included polishing cloth or silver foam. Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth.
GOLD
18CT yellow and white gold is quite stable in its colour and should only require a polish once in a while. Lower carat golds (9CT + 14CT) are alloyed with materials that can oxidise in a similar manner to silver. This can be removed by cleaning with your included polishing cloth or silver foam. Rinse well and pat dry with a soft cloth.
GEMS
It is important to understand that gem stones can be fragile. Even diamonds, sapphires and rubies can be chipped and fractured if they are impacted. Please remove your jewellery if there is a risk of this occurring. It is wise to check all settings regularly as metal wears over time and pieces will need to have their settings tightened or replaced.
